ARMOUR INSERTS

• POLYSHIELD ARMOUR - These inserts are manufactured using High Performance Polyethylene (HPPE) materials. The Polyshield Armour plates for NIJ Level III i.e. 7.62 Nato Ball and AK 47, offering very high multiple hit capabilities. Polyshield Armour plates offer resistance to water, sunlight, high temperatures and UV radiation these properties make them extremely rugged. We manufacture these plates in flat, single curve or multi-curve designs.
  


• CERZONE ARMOUR - Cerazone Armour plates can be used stand alone or with vests. These plates offer the most cost effective ballistic protection against all threat levels. Cerazone Armour plates are made from Alumina Ceramic with the backing of high performance antiballistic composites. These plates are available in many configurations and shapes for single and multiple hit capabilities. These plates allowing the highest protection up-to level 4 threats.
  


• CERAZONE ARMOUR ADVANCED - Cerazone Armour Advanced plates offer some of the lightest ballistic protection solutions up-to the highest threat levels. These plates are manufactured using lightweight ceramics like Silicon Carbide and Boron Carbide that provide excellent ballistic protection at lower weights. These plates are extremely rugged and provide greater trauma absorption.
